WHAT TO BRING TO FIRST APPOINTMENT
|
If you have an appointment regarding an auto accident case, we would appreciate it if you would bring as many of the following items as you can:
- car damage photos (digital files or double prints and negatives)
- injury photos (digital files or double prints and negatives)
- car damage documents
- your driver's license
- police report (or card if no report)
- any notes regarding the accident
- your auto insurance card
- declarations page of your auto insurance policy
- names, addresses and telephone numbers of medical providers
- letters or other documents regarding the case, from insurers or others
