WHAT TO BRING TO FIRST APPOINTMENT
|
If you have an appointment regarding an auto
accident case, we would appreciate it if you
would bring as many of the following items as
you can:
- car damage repair estimate, or other documents regarding car damage
- car damage photographs (double prints and negatives; digital files if digital)
- police report (or card)
- notes regarding the accident
- automobile insurance card
- declarations page of automobile insurance policy
- driver's license
- names, addresses and telephone numbers of all medical providers
- any letters or other documents regarding the case, from insurers or otherwise
